Baked Apple Dessert Burritos
Started with dicing up granny smith apples then cooking them with cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, vegan butter and water till they was bubbling and thickened
Then just added it to the burrito and wrapped it up, put it in the pan with some sugar over the top and baked them at 400 until they were crisp and just starting to get a tiny touch of color on the corners and bottom
Turned out very good for the first time ever trying them!
They tasted really good!!!!! yum yum!!!!
